The Committee on the Judiciary moves to amend the title of the bill as follows:
Com. Sub. for S. B. 76 -- "A Bill to amend the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended, by adding thereto a new section, designated §49-5-13c, relating to penalties for minors adjudicated delinquent for alcohol, alcoholic liquor, or nonintoxicating beer consumption."
